Program Fees

With enrollment, the following non-refundable fees are due:

  • A $75.00 Application Fee for new students

  • A One Time $200 New student Entrance Fee for new students

  • An Annual Registration Fee of $150.00 for all students

  • Sibling discounts 10 % on 2nd child.

  • Tuition assistance available by request.

  • 2019 – 2020 Academic Year Enrollment begins February 1. Apply NOW for a space.

The application form below is used for both Toddler and Primary Programs.

 Primary Program – 9 Month Academic Year 

Students ages 3 – 6 (Independent in the bathroom) . Academic Year Late August – May.

*Summer Camp Programs are available and separate.

Enrollment application begin in January. Open enrollment year around if spaces are available.

Annual Tuition and Program – Nine Month Contract (Late August – May)

Toddler Program – Nine and Twelve Month Contract Options

Students 16 – 18 months (walking securely and independently) – 36 months. To apply for your child’s placement, fill out an application form, please mark the program and payment plan of your choice and return with the non-refundable Application Fee of $75.00. We will contact you for a personal tour.

Tuition Payment Schedules 

The Annual Tuition is payable with three options.

  • Paid in full at enrollment with a 3% discount

  • Paid in 10 equal payment installments for the 9 month contract

  • Paid in 12 equal payment installments for the 12 month contract (Toddler)

For the monthly payments, the first payment is due upon acceptance or re-enrollment by February 1 and is Non – Refundable –  with additional payments due per the payment schedule below. Mid Year enrollments will require a tuition Deposit at enrollment to be applied to the last month of your contract and are Non – Refundable.


Extra Hour Fees

Early arrival drop in:

All students (8:00 AM – 8:30 AM) is $12.00/day

After school care drop in: Per written request.

Primary (12:15 PM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM) 

$36.00/day each.

Toddler ( 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM) is $42.00/per day.

9 Month Contract Primary and Toddler – has a 10 Month Payment Schedule

NOTE: Payments due on the 1st of each month. Tuition payments are nonrefundable. See Parent Handbook regarding changes and withdrawal policies. 



12 Month Contract Toddler – has a 12 Month Payment Schedule

 12 month program – rolling enrollment based on openings. 

The first full monthly payment is required at enrollment which will be non refundable and applied toward the last tuition payment (August) with 11 payments remaining invoiced to you monthly. Payments due on the 1st of each month. 12 total payments.
